A sports car manufacturer asked us to improve their existing data management solution. The goal was to provide a comprehensive platform that supports multiple projects and use cases, enhances data analysis capabilities, and increases efficiency and productivity for data professionals. The solution had to address the needs of developers, analysts, and non-technical personnel.

The project required conducting extensive research to identify the most suitable tools for a diverse audience to enable these individuals to work more efficiently with data.

Approach

Our team conducted extensive evaluations and assessments to address this challenge to establish which tools would be user-friendly, practical, and compatible with different workflows.

We took a consulting and development approach, focusing on security compliance to ensure that the solutions met the necessary standards and requirements. This involved collaboration with the client’s security team, undergoing infrastructure reviews, and complying with security protocols.

We conducted a Proof of Concept, followed by a testing phase and feedback collection.

Initially, we delivered a preconfigured notebook designed for data analysis. Subsequently, we expanded to a new product encompassing all the original solution’s features while introducing additional functionalities.
