To streamline this process and enhance the user experience, we propose the integration of a natural language interface utilizing Chat-GPT technology to facilitate online knowledgebase searches.
Our proposed system aims to provide an intuitive and user-friendly approach to accessing relevant information, whether it’s for a single vehicle model, similar to the current online PDF versions of owner’s guides, or as a comprehensive knowledge base encompassing an entire fleet of rental cars. Our solution aims to simplify the lives of drivers.
The human-machine interface (HMI) of the system can be customized to accommodate various preferences, including text-based or voice-based interactions through text-to-speech and voice assistant integration. By leveraging the power of natural language processing, our solution aims to enhance the accessibility and usability of vehicle documentation, providing a seamless experience for vehicle owners and drivers alike.
