A long-standing client commissioned Grape Up to develop a chatbot using advanced generative AI LLMs technology to enhance their daily operations by answering questions regarding customers. The project focused on integrating the chatbot with diverse data sources:

  • Files sorted by topics with an intricate permissions system,
  • Relational databases containing detailed company and project information,
  • Internal databases such as Jira, Confluence, and SAP.

 

The goal was to create a system where the chatbot not only retrieves information but understands the context of user queries, all through a user-friendly interface that is accessible company-wide. The chatbot’s vector search mechanism was specially designed to align with user permissions and authorization, ensuring secure and relevant data retrieval.
