Improving Service Delivery Through Strategic Cloud Migration

Collaboration with Grape Up Consultants was pivotal in migrating existing applications to the new Cloud Foundry platform. The project involved creating deployment pipelines using Concourse, and incorporated unit tests, end-to-end tests, and .NET Core buildpacks-based artifacts.

Training the client’s engineers was a crucial aspect of this transition, equipping them with the skills to effectively use Pivotal Cloud Foundry, adopt Agile XP processes, and develop cloud-native applications. This educational effort was geared toward maximizing the potential of the new platform.
