At Grape Up, we want to keep in touch, to be able to exchange comments and share knowledge on an ongoing basis. Currently, during the pandemic, there is a possibility to work from home for everyone. We support our employees by providing them with the necessary equipment, thanks to which remote work can be just as convenient as work from our office. When the pandemic situation calms down, we would like to approach the topic of remote work in a reasonable manner. We aim for an occasional job out of Grape Up office that does not disturb the work under the project, cooperation with the team (including the customer), and other employees in the company.
The typical recruitment process usually lasts around 2 weeks. Once your CV is qualified we schedule the meeting, to know you better and talk through technical things. We provide you with detailed feedback within 2 days. If there is any delay, we let you know and keep you updated. The second step is meeting with the manager about a potential project. The last thing to be done is to present you with an offer and invite you to join our team! If we miss each other's expectations we always make sure to inform every candidate about our final decision. We do our best to provide you with individualized feedback and give you a hint about what could you improve to succeed in our recruitment in the future.
Yes, definitely. Grape Up is a consulting company, clients rely on our advice and expertise, that is why we have an opportunity to work directly with the client and travel across the USA and Europe. Of course, during the pandemic, we work 100% remotely by participating in online meetings or working in pair-programming technique. Eventually, as the situation improves, we are planning to restore business travels.
