Let’s talk about your experience and expectations
This is the chance to discuss the project you could be involved in
If you're not lucky this time, we'll give you feedback on what you could improve to join us in the future.
Yes, full remote work is possible. We support our employees by providing them with the necessary equipment, thanks to which remote work can be just as convenient as working from our office. Of course, if you want to visit us in person from time to time, our offices are always open and we’ll be happy to have you! It’s always great to have a good old chat face to face, especially during various team-building activities and events (we like to have fun 😉).
The typical recruitment process usually lasts around 2 weeks and is comprised of 3 stages:
After the meeting, you will receive detailed feedback from us, which usually happens within 2 days. If there is any delay, we will let you know and keep you updated.
In case we miss each other’s expectations at this stage, you will of course be informed regardless. We’ll share our feedback and give you some tips on what you should improve to succeed in our recruitment process in the future.
All available roles are always posted on our careers site (above 😉). If you don’t see an internship position there, it probably means we don’t have it open right now. However, keep an eye out as it might change in the future!
Yes and no. At first, you will of course join a certain project, but generally, we’re looking for long-term cooperation, which means that you are not doomed to work on the same project until the very end. It’s possible to switch once you get bored or want to try and learn something new.
We have clear guidelines on how you can grow with us. Your level of competence is connected with your salary and we always make sure that it’s transparent for you. You will also know exactly what we expect from you and what you can do to be promoted, so you can reach the next level of your self-development.
