For our business development team based in Kraków, we’re looking for a dedicated Outbound Sales Specialist who will be our main driver for acquiring new customers within the Automotive sector. You will actively perform prospecting campaigns as well as search for insights about potential customers and the industry, to come up with unique selling points and convert leads into real deals. On daily basis, you will collaborate closely with our Sales, and Marketing team members.

Responsibilities
- Identify and actively prospect potential new customers and generate new leads using various tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, e-mail, or automation tools such as Hubspot)
- Continuous research of the business environment and target personas to create customer-tailored communication
- Assist with the discovery of opportunities and closing of potential deals
- Measure and analyze the outbound activities’ effectiveness to improve outreach strategy, suggest improvements
- Participate in meetings and presentations with customers
- Support various marketing activities
Requirements
- Min. 1-year working experience in a similar role (IT industry will be a plus)
- Experience in working with Enterprise sector
- Positive attitude, determination, proactivity in action, and teamworking
- Good knowledge of principles of lead generation, prospecting, lead nurturing
- Experience in using sales automation tools such as e.g. Hubspot
- Fluency in English (C1 written & spoken) is a must
- Good communication and presentation skills (written & spoken)

- IT education
- Knowledge of the Automotive market
- Experience with social selling
