For one of our Automotive customers, we are working on various solutions: from building IoT platforms for connected car technology to providing customer-facing services.
In this position, you will be working on developing the Car Rental application. It allows clients to rent a car quickly, view or modify reservations, find a location, find the nearest parking, log in seamlessly with facial or touch ID, etc. The current solution requires some re-engineering and improvements on the quality side in order to change the application in a highly efficient and modern way.

Salary

We offer an attractive salary while working in Poland and much more competitive while working on-site:

  • Projects in Poland:
  • 9 000 - 16 000 PLN
    gross/month
  • Projects in USA:
  • 22 000 - 31 400 PLN
    gross/month
  • + we cover the entire cost of business travels and accommodation

Responsibilities

  • Designing and building advanced applications for the iOS platform
  • Working closely with other iOS developers and developers from other teams (e.g. Backend and other Frontend teams)
  • Participating in system architecture design and development
  • Cooperating with analysts and product owners refining the design assumptions
  • Analyzing business needs and creating technical documentation
  • Maintaining the highest quality standards

Requirements

  • THE PROJECT REQUIRES TO WORK IN THE CLIENT’S OFFICE IN THE USA FOR 3-6 MONTHS
  • Experience with designing and building complex iOS applications using Swift
  • Practical knowledge of MVC, MVVM and VIPER architectural standards
  • Good knowledge about Apple release process and UI/UX standards
  • Experience with RESTful APIs to connect the app with back-end services
  • Experience with modern development tools (Xcode, Git, Fastlane, Jenkins, Confluence (or other wikis), JIRA (or other trackers), code review tools);
  • Knowledge of TDD and unit testing
  • Very good command of English (both written and spoken)
  • Good communication skills, openness

Nice to have

  • Experience with XP methodology
  • Experience working with commonly known 3-rd party frameworks and libraries from Swift Ecosytem, like SwiftLint, CocoaLumberjack, Alamofire, Moya, Fabric, Amplitude, etc.
