    • Partnering with managers to effectively drive recruitment that fits the business needs
    • Developing and implementing innovative techniques to seek new ways to recruit candidates
    • Collaborating with EB on target-specific employer branding activities such as (online) campaigning, conferences, meet-ups, etc.
    • Taking part in IT events
    • Ad-hoc, weekly, monthly reporting with regards to recruitment
    • Contributing to other People Operations’ projects and processes with a focus on recruitment and ensuring desired employee experience

    On this position, you will be working in cross-functional teams of system engineers, developers, operators (usually 5-6) and customer representatives to jointly set up a Cloud Native platform and Continuous Integration & Deployment (CI/CD) environment. You will be in touch with virtualized server environment, operating systems, monitoring tools and network configuration.

    We collaborate with customers from the USA (Chicago, Dallas), Germany, Italy, UK, and the Netherlands. Working in projects for those companies enables on-site engagement in their offices, which can take from 2-3 days up to 1 month.

    • Projects in Poland:
    • 9 000 - 16 000 PLN
      gross/month
    • Projects in customer locations:
    • 12 100 - 21 600 PLN
      gross/month
    • plus the allowance which depends on the project location
